Memolab · The Memories Lab
Made to be kept. Made to be felt.
We turn the photos you love into keepsakes that speak. One scan plays a song written for them, a video, your voice or a letter, so a memory isn't just kept on a shelf: it's lived again, and the message stays for years.

FAQ
Good questions
How does the digital frame work?+
Upload up to 10 photos and choose what the QR plays. We load your photos onto a 10-inch digital frame, put your QR on a sticker on the frame and ship it ready to plug in.
How does the QR code work?+
The QR code is printed in a corner of your photo. Point any phone camera at it and your song, video, voice message or letter opens instantly in the browser. No app needed.
Can I use my own video or voice message instead of a song?+
Yes. Upload a video up to 3 minutes, record or upload a voice message, or write a letter. You can also skip the QR and get just the framed photo.
Can I hear the song before I buy?+
Yes. You read the full lyrics and hear a 30-second preview of your chorus while you design your frame. If you'd like a different take, you can create a second version. Your full song is produced right after checkout.
Can the song be in Spanish?+
Yes. Choose English, Spanish, Spanglish or Portuguese, and a style from pop and ballads to reggaeton, salsa, banda or mariachi.
Who owns the song?+
The song is written just for you from your story. You can play and share it with family and friends for personal use as much as you like.
What photo should I upload?+
The sharper the better. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 25 MB. We'll warn you if a photo is too small to look good at the size you chose.
Can I finish my order later?+
Yes. Your design is saved automatically, and you can email yourself a link to pick it up on any device. Unfinished designs are kept for 30 days.
How long does shipping take?+
We print and assemble every order in 2 to 3 business days, then ship it with USPS anywhere in the US. Standard shipping arrives about 4 to 8 business days after you order, and Priority about 4 to 6. You'll see the cost and estimated delivery at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged?+
We'll make it right. Report it from your account within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and choose a free reprint or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Will the QR keep working?+
Your page stays online so the QR keeps working for years. Your order confirmation includes the link too, so you always have it.
